Good Day. I hope everything is fine. First just wanna say congratulations on having your Microsoft Learn Certificate. Let's try some steps, and see if one of these fixes the problem.
A. Sign in to your Microsoft Learn Profile.
- Go to profile settings > Check "Preferred language" or Display Language.
- Check also your MS Account general settings language and region.
B. Change your "Accept Languange" preference to English in your browser.
- In Chrome: go to Settings > Languages > check if English is at the top.
- Log out to Mircrosoft Learn and refresh the certificate export page.
C. If still in swedish, screenshot the certificate export page showing the URL add, Account ID and contact Microsoft Credentials Support.
- Go to Credential Support page and raise a ticket.
- Write a message about your language import problem completely and detailed. Write also the changes you did on your browser and MS Account language settings.
- Mention also your region.
I hope one of the step will fix the issue.
