The template parser object that is responsible for parsing the control.
- parentBuilder
 - ControlBuilder
 
The control builder object that is responsible for building the parent control. If the ControlBuilder is not a DeviceSpecificControlBuilder object, an exception is thrown.
- type
 - Type
 
The type that is assigned to the control that the builder will create.
- tagName
 - String
 
The name of the tag to be built. This enables the builder to support multiple tag types.
- attributes
 - IDictionary
 
An object that holds the specified tag attributes.
