Adds a profile filter to the specified media stream.
Syntax

[in] UINT32 StreamId,
[in] LPCWSTR wzFilterSetString
);
Parameters
[in] StreamId
The ID of the stream to add to.
[in] wzFilterSetString
The filter to add.
Return value
If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
