namedValueId	path	True	string maxLength: 256 pattern: ^[^*#&+:<>?]+$	Identifier of the NamedValue.
resourceGroupName	path	True	string minLength: 1 maxLength: 90	The name of the resource group. The name is case insensitive.
serviceName	path	True	string minLength: 1 maxLength: 50 pattern: ^[a-zA-Z](?:[a-zA-Z0-9-]*[a-zA-Z0-9])?$	The name of the API Management service.
subscriptionId	path	True	string (uuid)	The ID of the target subscription. The value must be an UUID.
api-version	query	True	string minLength: 1	The API version to use for this operation.

properties.tags		string[]	Optional tags that when provided can be used to filter the NamedValue list.
properties.value		string maxLength: 4096	Value of the NamedValue. Can contain policy expressions. It may not be empty or consist only of whitespace. This property will not be filled on 'GET' operations! Use '/listSecrets' POST request to get the value.
