Deleting a user with a hosted email account is the same as deleting a user without a hosted email account. If a hosted email solution is enabled, the system deletes the user email account with a call to DeleteAccount, along with deleting the user account. You may choose to modify this behavior in your own implementation.
To delete a user that has a hosted email account
On the Dashboard, click the Users tab, and then click a user account that has an associated hosted email account.
In the User tasks pane, click Remove the user account.
In addition to deleting the user account, the UI uses DeleteAccount to delete the associated email account.
