As an administrative user, you can project your desktop to a single user’s station or all users’ (non-administrator) stations. This feature is useful when you want to demonstrate a task to a user or set of users.
To project your desktop to a standard user’s station
- In normal mode, click the Desktops tab. 
- Click the thumbnail image of the desktop to which you want to project your station. 
- Under Selected Item Tasks, click Project my station to selected station. 
To project your desktop to all non-administrator stations
- In normal mode, click the Desktops tab. 
- Under General Tasks, click Project my station to all stations. 
To project a different station to all stations
- In normal mode, click the Desktops tab. 
- Click the thumbnail image of the desktop that you want to project to other stations. 
- Under Selected Item Tasks, click Project selected station to all other stations. 
To stop projecting your desktop to a standard user’s station
- In normal mode, click the Desktops tab. 
- Click the thumbnail image of the desktop on which you want to end the projection. 
- Under General Tasks, click Stop projection. 
To stop projecting your desktop to all non-administrator stations
- In normal mode, click the Desktops tab. 
- Under General Tasks, click Stop projection. 
To stop projecting a different desktop to all other stations
- In normal mode, click the Desktops tab. 
- Under General Tasks, click Stop projection.
