The GetLocalPresenceInfo property returns the local presence information.

[out] Pointer to an RTC_PRESENCE_STATUS enumeration containing the presence status. - pbstrNotes
[out] Pointer to a BSTR containing the presence information.
Return Values
RTC methods may return an RTC_E_ constant.

| E_OUTOFMEMORY | Insufficient memory to perform this operation. |
