The method gets the next specified number of elements in the enumeration sequence. This method is intended for C and C++ applications and is hidden from Visual Basic applications.

[in] Number of elements requested. - ppElements
[out] Pointer to the IRTCUserSearchResult list of pointers returned. - pceltFetched
