IFWXPerRuleDataplugin::CompareRulesData method

Applies to: desktop apps only

The CompareRulesData method compares the per-rule configuration data in this object with the per-rule configuration data in a previously created object.

Syntax

HRESULT CompareRulesData(
  [in]  IFWXPerRuleDataplugin *pProcessedRulesData
);

Parameters

• pProcessedRulesData [in]
  Pointer to a previously created object containing the per-rule configuration data that is to be compared.

Return value

This method can return one of the following:

• S_OK
  The method succeeded, and the sets of per-rule configuration data in the objects compared are identical.

• S_FALSE
  The method succeeded, but the sets of per-rule configuration data in the objects compared are different.

• An error code
  The method failed.
