The EnablePAP property gets or sets a Boolean value that indicates whether the Password Authentication Protocol (PAP) can be used for outgoing authentication.
This property is read/write.

Boolean value that indicates whether PAP can be used for outgoing authentication.
Error codes
These property methods return S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, they return an error code.
Remarks
This property is read/write. Its default value is False (VARIANT_FALSE in C++).
When PAP is used for authentication, passwords are sent in plaintext, or unencrypted, form. You should use this authentication protocol only when support for non-Microsoft remote PAP clients is required.
PAP cannot be enabled together with the Extensible Authentication Protocol (EAP), but it can be enabled together with any combination of the other authentication protocols.
