IFPCNisSignatures::Item method

The Item method retrieves the specified FPCNisSignature object from the collection.

Syntax

Parameters

• v

  C++	Required. Name of the signature or one-based index of the object to retrieve.
  VB	Required. Name of the signature or one-based index of the object to retrieve.

• pItem [out]

  C++	Address of an interface pointer that on return points to the IFPCNisSignature interface requested.
  VB	On return, stores a reference to the requested FPCNisSignature object.

Return value

C++

This method can return one of the following:

• S_OK, indicating that the operation succeeded.
• An error code, indicating that the operation failed. In this case, the [out] parameter returned is a null object.

VB

If successful, this method returns a reference to the requested FPCNisSignature object. If the call is unsuccessful, an error is raised that can be intercepted by using an error handler.
