The RecipientBlockListEnabled property gets or sets a Boolean value that indicates whether messages sent to recipients in the Recipient Block list will be blocked.
This property is read/write.

Property value
Boolean value that indicates whether messages sent to recipients in the Recipient Block list will be blocked.
Error codes
These property methods return S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, they return an error code.
Remarks
This property is read/write. Its default value is False (VARIANT_FALSE in C++).
To enable the blocking of messages sent to recipients in the Recipient Block list, you must also ensure that recipient filtering is enabled by using the RecipientFilteringEnabled property.
