FederatedSecurityTokenManager.GetNormalizedEndpointId Method

Converts the ListenUri in the SecurityTokenRequirement to a normalized string. The method preserves the Uri scheme, port and absolute path and replaces the host name with the string 'NormalizedHostName'.
