FederatedSecurityTokenManager.CreateSecurityTokenSerializer Method

[Starting with the .NET Framework 4.5, Windows Identity Foundation (WIF) has been fully integrated into the .NET Framework. Overriden from the base class. Creates the requested Token Serializer. Returns a Security Token Serializer that wraps the list of token handlers registered and also the serializers from the inner token manager.
