- teamProjectCollection
 Type: Microsoft.TeamFoundation.Client.TfsTeamProjectCollection
- changeset 
 Type: System.Int32- The changeset for which an artifact should be constructed.

 Type: Microsoft.TeamFoundation.VersionControl.Common.UriType- Indicates whether the artifact should contain information from the checkin (e.g., include work item associations, checkin notes, etc.)
