Perform a stretch gesture which essentially is used for three types of interactions: optical zoom, resizing, and semantic zoom.

 Type: UInt32- The distance each finger moves away from each other in pixels. 
Remarks
Playback of a stretch gesture depends on screen resolution. If the resolution changes, the parameters may have to be changed.
