Parameters
- values 
 Type: System.Collections.IDictionary- A dictionary of property name/value pairs. 
Remarks
The base implementation of this method simply iterates through each property and calls the InitializeValue method and passing in the appropriate name/value pair for each.
This method only needs to be overridden in cases where you use a different mechanism for storing property values.
This method is normally only called by the Initialize method.
