- pszAssemblyPath 
 Type: String- [in] Path to the assembly where the resource is to be loaded. 
- culture 
 Type: Int32- [in] A LCID value specifying the culture for which the string is valid. Supplying a value of 0 will select the LCID that the user selected when the application was started. 
- pszResourceName 
 Type: String- [in] The name of the resource. 
- pbstrValue 
 Type: String%- [out, retval]Pointer to the resource.

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
