Type: UInt32[in] Integer indicating the reason for updating references. A value from the __UPDATE_REFERENCE_REASON enumeration.
pbUpdate
Type: Int32%[out] Pointer to a Boolean. Set to true if this project advises (favors) updating references. Otherwise, set to false.
