Parameters
- fSuccess 
 Type: Int32- [in] true if the build operation completed successfully. After an up-to-date check, fSuccess is set to true when the project configuration is up to date and false when the project configuration is not up to date. 
Return Value
Type: Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
