Parameters
- fileName 
 Type: System.String- The file name of the document. 
- querySaveFlags 
 Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.Shell.Interop.tagVSQuerySaveFlags- The flags that control how the IVsQueryEditQuerySave2 interface manages file attributes. The default value is 0. For a list of flags, see the tagVSQEQSFlags enumeration.

The QuerySaveResult object.
Remarks
This method invokes the IVsQueryEditQuerySave2 interface.
This method performs a QuerySaveFiles call on the document.
