Parameters
- Shift 
 Type: System.Object- Specifies which way to shift the cells. Can be one of the following XlInsertShiftDirection values: xlShiftToRight or xlShiftDown. If this argument is omitted, Microsoft Office Excel selects a value. 
- CopyOrigin 
 Type: System.Object- The copy origin.
