lpszEnlistmentPath
Type: System.String[in] The physical path (either the local path or the enlistment UNC path) to be translated.
pbstrProjectPath
Type: System.String%[out] The (possibly) virtual project path.
Return Value

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
