• pszCmdNameCanonical

  The name of the command.

• pCmdBarParent
  Type: System.Object
  The parent of the command bar.

• dwIndex
  Type: System.UInt32
  The index of the command bar.

• dwCmdType
  Type: System.UInt32
  The type of the command.

• ppCmdBarCtrl
  Type: System.Object%
  [out] The command bar control.
