Rectangle Properties Dialog Box, General (Report Builder 2.0)

Select General on the Rectangle Properties dialog box to change the default name and choose page break options for the rectangle.

Options

  • Name
    Type a name for the item. The name must be unique within the report. By default, a general name, such as Rectangle1 or Rectangle2, is assigned.

  • Add a page break before
    Place a page break at the beginning of the rectangle.

  • Add a page break after
    Place a page break at the end of the rectangle.

  • Omit border on page break
    Prevent a rectangle border from being rendered when the rectangle spans more than one page.

  • Keep contents together on a single page, if possible
    Keep the contents of the rectangle on a single page when possible.
