Remarks
The RTCIceConnectionState enum (the type of the iceGatheringState property) has the following enumerations:

| "new" | Any of the RTCIceTransports haven't started gathering candidates yet. |
| "gathering" | Any of the RTCIceTransports are gathering candidates for connections. |
| "complete" | All RTCIceTransports have completed gathering candidates. |
