ISCTE_EAS::GetEASEventCode
This topic applies to Windows Vista.
The GetEASEventCode method returns the EAS event code.
Syntax
HRESULT GetEASEventCode( BYTE* pbVal );
Parameters
pbVal
[out] Pointer to a buffer that receives the EAS_event_code field. The caller must allocate the buffer, which must be large enough to hold the event code. To get the required size of the buffer, call ISCTE_EAS::GetEASEventCodeLen. The event code consists of ASCII characters.
Return Values
The method returns an HRESULT. Possible values include, but are not limited to, those in the following table.

| MPEG2_E_UNINITIALIZED | The Initialize method was not called. |
| S_OK | The method succeeded. |
