This error occurs when the New Team Project Wizard starts and then checks to see if your user account has permission to create a new team project. In the process of contacting the Team Foundation server, the wizard encountered one of three conditions:
The connection from the local computer to the network failed.
The Team Foundation Server configuration file was incorrect.
The Team Foundation Server went offline.
The following procedures will help you correct the problem.
To correct this error
Close the New Team Project Wizard and try again.
If the problem persists, contact your Team Foundation Server administrator.
