Creates an instance of the PlayToReceiver object.
Syntax

[in] DWORD dwFlags,
[in] IUnknown *pElement,
[out] IInspectable **ppReceiver
);
Parameters
dwFlags [in]
Reserved. Set to zero.pElement [in]
A pointer to the IUnknown interface of the element that renders the media.ppReceiver [out]
Receives a pointer to the IInspectable interface. The caller must release the interface.
Return value
If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
