  Type: Common Table
  A Common table buffer that specifies the allocation period or year record ID.

• _projBudgetLineId
  Type: RecId Extended Data Type
  The record ID of the project budget line.

• _projBudgetState
  Type: ProjBudgetState Enumeration
  A ProjBudgetState data type value that specifies the state of the budget.
