The put_ProgramNumber method sets the program number for this substream.
Syntax

);
Parameters
- ProgramNumber [in]
Specifies the program number.
Return Value
Returns S_OK if successful. If the method fails, error information can be retrieved using the standard COM IErrorInfo interface.
