Removes a Rules Privilege from a PSGalleryInVmAccessControlProfileVersion object.

Description
The Remove-AzGalleryInVMAccessControlProfileVersionRulesPrivilege cmdlet removes a Rules Privilege from the provided PSGalleryInVmAccessControlProfileVersion object based on the privilege name.
