Connector action control

You can use connector action control to allow or block individual actions or triggers within a given connector.

Important

The connector action control now supports triggers. This can be administered through PowerShell.

Making changes to policies through the Power Platform admin center doesn't remove triggers that were added via PowerShell.

  1. Sign in to the Power Platform admin center as a System Administrator.

  2. On the navigation pane, select Security, and then on the Security pane, select Data and privacy.

  3. On the Data protection and privacy page, select Data policy.

  4. Select an existing policy on the command bar and then select Edit policy, or select New Policy to create a new policy to configure.

  5. In the Prebuilt connectors section, select a Blockable connector and then select More actions next to it.

  6. Select Configure connectors and then Connector actions.

Select Configure connector > Connector actions.

    Note

You can configure connector actions for all blockable connectors, but not for unblockable connectors and custom connectors.

  7. Use the side panel to allow or deny specific actions.

You can also set the Default connector action settings to allow or block for any new connector actions that will be added to the connector in the future.

Set Allow or Deny for connector actions.
