Turns editing mode on or off.

Parameters
- editing
- Boolean
true to enter editing mode, false to end editing. The default is false.
- animated
- Boolean
true to animate the transition to or from editing mode, or false to change modes immediately.

Remarks
Calling this method with editing == true, the table view enters editing mode and calls SetEditing(Boolean, Boolean) on each visible row's UITableViewCell object.
In editing mode the cells might show
The UITableViewSource (or DataSource) can selectively exclude cells from editing mode by returning false from CanEditRow(UITableView, NSIndexPath).
