The EndpointAddress to use for creating the identity.

identity
EndpointIdentity

The EndpointIdentity that is returned.

Returns

Boolean

true if the identity is returned; otherwise, false. The default is false.

Remarks

The default IdentityVerifier creates a DnsEndpointIdentity based on the hostname portion of Uri if an explicit EndpointIdentity has not been specified as part of the EndpointAddress.
