Gets the version number of the common language runtime that's running the current process.

A string containing the version number of the common language runtime.
Remarks
On .NET 8 and later versions, this method returns v concatenated with Version, which is the version of the CLR. For example: v8.0.0.
On .NET 7 and earlier versions, this method returns ImageRuntimeVersion, for example, v4.0.30319.
