Provides COM objects with version-independent access to the IsPointer property.

true if the Type is a pointer; otherwise, false.
Remarks
This property is for access to managed classes from unmanaged code, and should not be called from managed code.
The Type.IsPointer property gets a value indicating whether the Type is a pointer.
