Provides COM objects with version-independent access to the IsByRef property.

true if the Type is passed by reference; otherwise, false.
Remarks
This property is for access to managed classes from unmanaged code, and should not be called from managed code.
The Type.IsByRef property gets a value indicating whether the Type is passed by reference.
