Provides COM objects with version-independent access to the GlobalAssemblyCache property.

true if the assembly was loaded from the global assembly cache; otherwise, false.
Remarks
This method is for access to managed classes from unmanaged code, and should not be called from managed code.
The GlobalAssemblyCache property gets a value indicating whether the assembly was loaded from the global assembly cache.
