Gets or sets a Unicode String that describes the PeerApplication.

String value that describes the application. Unless specified, the default value for this property is null.
Exceptions
The PeerApplication object has been disposed.
Remarks
This data is not part of a PeerApplication invitation. However, it is displayed on the user interface when a Peer receives an invitation for the application.
