Gets the GroupQuotas usages and limits(quota). Location is required paramter.

A collection of GroupQuotaResourceUsages that may take multiple service requests to iterate over.
Exceptions
resourceProviderName is an empty string, and was expected to be non-empty.
resourceProviderName is null.
