Tells whether the View is in the state between #onStartTemporaryDetach()
and #onFinishTemporaryDetach().

Tells whether the View is in the state between #onStartTemporaryDetach() and #onFinishTemporaryDetach().
This method always returns true when called directly or indirectly from #onStartTemporaryDetach().
