I want to sql server 2008 key using sql tools

Hi,

Using following script written by Jakob Bindslet in power shell

Use the function to retrieve the Product Key from the local PC:

Get-SQLserverKey

Will give needed info

SERVERPROPERTY('LicenseType') returns the Mode of this instance of SQL Server.

PER_SEAT = Per Seat mode

PER_PROCESSOR = Per-processor mode

DISABLED = Licensing is disabled (This will be returned for MSDN or TechNet License or SQL Express or Evaluation or Developer Edition)
