MSI GL65 9SC laptop from 2018, bios sometimes show TPM device and sometimes doesn't in trusted computing. Is it a hardware issue?

The camera that comes with win10 used to be able to take photos with virtual 3D models. How can I find it now? What should it be called the mixed reality function? Is it gone?
