I am presently encountering the following issue with Word: occasionally, I am prevented from scrolling on a Word document, and if I try to scroll down, the top of the document becomes blank. When I reopen the document, the issue is fixed temporarily but it keeps reoccurring.

Is there any way to fix this permanently? I have tried quick repair/online repair of Word.

Go to the PC manufacturer's web site and look for an updated video driver.
