Are you signed in with your Microsoft account on the same browser you’re using for MSN? Try going to https://www.msn.com click Sign in at the top right, and use your Microsoft account.
If it still rejects your email, clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then sign in again. You can also check your account status at https://account.live.com to make sure it’s active before trying to comment again.
