Windows update for business reports error

I am not able to click through any of the links in our Windows Update for Business Reports dashboard I see errors like this:

A Workbook template with the id 'community-workbooks/UpdateCompliance/Total enrolled devices' was not found

How can I tell if the Update Compliance Solutions is installed and linked?
I do see many workbook templates in the gallery, but I don't see Update Compliance listed there.

There have been no permission changes that I am aware of.
