Hi All. IVe set up a Microsoft account for my sons Nintendo Switch to enable play on Minecraft Realms. However he cannot set up or join a realm due to following message. "You cannot play online multi player because of how your Microsoft account is set up. Please ensure your online safety settings allow multi player.
I have followed instructions but it sends me down a rabbit hole with aka.ms/MCMultiplayerhelp
Can anyone tell me what to do please. Ive been done the Minecraft/Microsoft/ Youtube Support Rabbit Holes for 4 hours!
