my snip recorded video does not open

This is the error that i get when trying to open the recorded file. This is a very important recording that I need for my business. I will appreciate any recommendation on how to salvage it. Thank you

    Hi Yvette. Thanks for reaching out. That Error code 0xc00D36C4 means Windows can't play the file, probably because, it's an unusual format, the file extension is wrong or the file is corrupted.

    To fix it:

    -Try playing it in VLC.

    -Convert the file using HandBrake or an online converter.

    -Confirm the file extension is correct.

    -If it's a recording, try to re-record it.
