I want to access the azure health data services from azure entra external tenant, I dont find a clear document which i can follow as B2c flow is depricated please help out with latest setup guide or a help doc

Thank you for the reply, I had created my tenant recently(2 days back) where I no longer able to use B2c flow. Coming to the power shell script the url is not working may be it is moved to new section When I tried with the help of available article I am getting the below error.
I am looking for a consultation from Microsoft team who can help me out.
